Ground floor

The ground floor is of open plan design incorporating:

• a large living room with original slit windows, French windows opening onto patio and pool area, open log fire, with TV/DVD system, leading through to

• a dining room and separate fully fitted kitchen with American style fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer.

• Cloakroom

• A small sitting room/bedroom five with double bed settee, TV/DVD, with French windows overlooking the valley

First floor

• Two master bedrooms with ensuite facilities and superb views to the Sibillini mountains

• Two twin rooms, with lovely views north and south

• House bathroom

All rooms feature traditional open tile and beam ceilings. The house has full central heating.

Cleaning will be carried out once a week.

The property is not suitable for children under 5.
