Tennis
Castel Clementino is unique in the area with its own sheltered national size tennis court with magnificent views of the local hill towns and Sibillini mountains.
Beaches
The Adriatic coast of le Marche boasts many beaches of great beauty, from Conero, just south of Ancona, down to San Benedetto del Tronto, just north of Pescara
The sea is gentle, and most Italians are very happy to sunbathe on sun loungers with umbrellas, and let their families play in the vicinity.
We would particularly recommend Sirolo with its excellent restaurant , just a short distance from the golf course at Conero, and Porto San Giorgio, which is nearer to the villa.
Golf

Skiing
The nearest ski runs are at Frontignano, and Bolognola which is just 45 mins away

Walking
There are many walks in the region particularly in the Sibillini national park
2 of our favourites are at Montemonaco, where the local tourist map directs you to a delightful, easy going circular path, and from Abbadia Madonna dell’ Ambro, at the end of the road from Montefortino. You can enjoy a simple walk along the river past several waterfalls, or for the more adventurous, there is a 2/3 hour walk up to the summit of Monte Priora, 2332 metres, with stunning views
